WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?
Our Address is: 522 Otis Dr, Dover, DE 19901
Going south on Route 13, take a left after Target and Safeway onto South Little Creek Rd heading East. After about half a mile, take a right into Tudor Business Park. We’re the first white building on the right.

WHEN ARE CLASSES?
Fall Class times can be viewed in the website's Fall/Spring section, under the student's level. Fall classes are typically held between 4:00pm to 9:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday. Our Summer schedule can be view on our Summer brochure.
AT WHAT AGE DO WE ACCEPT STUDENTS?
Age 3. Sometimes younger especially if the child may be a sibling of an older student. Potty-trained helps.
WHEN CAN WE START?
Whenever the student is ready. September and January are the best times since they mark the beginning of the Fall and Spring Semester. December and June is not recommended for the Regular Program since active students are preparing for the Workshops in those months. In May and June, students can register for our various summer camps and programs.
IS A CHILD TOO OLD TO START DANCE?
One’s never too old to start dancing! However, 3-10 year olds is a good time for students to start ballet. Children 11 on up often prefer to begin with jazz then later adding ballet to their classes.
HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
We offer a tuition rate for our Regular Program. You can view tuition prices at the bottom of each Fall/Spring level's page.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?
Payment schedules can be viewed under the Tuition section at the bottom of each Fall/Spring level's page.
STUDIO
WHEN DO YOU HOLD PERFORMANCES?
We have two Workshop–Performances in December and in June. We hold these shows at the In–Studio Theatre where we can keep the performances shorter, and give more opportunities for dancers to perform for friends, relatives and the community. We also have the Ballet Theatre of Dover, a performing group made up of the Apprentice and Pre-Professional Levels of the School. The Ballet Theatre of Dover offers an annual Nutcracker production where Intermediate to Advanced students can audition and are selected to perform. Our Summer Program ends with a Ballet Theatre of Dover performance of classical and contemporary repertoire for intensive program students.
WHO ARE YOUR GRADUATES?
Our students have gone on to perform with companies such as Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Ballet Tech (NY), Dutch National Ballet (Amsterdam), Pennsylvania Ballet, North Carolina Dance Theatre, Richmond Ballet, and Broadway touring companies. Students have received scholarships to institution schools, colleges and universities including the School of American Ballet (SAB), ABT (American Ballet Theatre), University of the Arts (PA), and Boston Conservatory, Pointe Park College, NYU Tisch School for the Arts and Pointe Park College.
WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?
The dress code can be viewed under each program’s details. The brochure has a dress code specification. Tank leotards are preferred. Teachers need to be able to see students’ physical lines and muscle structure.
CAN PARENTS WATCH CLASSES?
There are two separate weeks of Open House in the year where parents can observe and take photos of students in class.
CAN STUDENTS MAKE UP CLASSES?
Yes, students can make up missed classes within the time period they paid for (monthly or semester). Students must notify the teacher of the class they intend to take in order to make up for the missed class.
HOW DO I KNOW IF CLASSES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED?

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT REGULAR AND SPECIAL EVENTS?
All of our students will receive a semi-annual newsletter listing the year’s upcoming events. Also check out our facebook page, website, and postings on the studio bulletin.
HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT MY CHILD’S PROGRESS?
The teachers are available for consultation at any time. Schedule an appointment if you need to talk to them in depth. You can also send them a message via the studio’s email contact.
